Klaes presents digitalisation with innovative solutions in Gent
Polyclose was our last trade fair before Corona and we are pleased to be exhibiting there again. Our new technical team for BENELUX will be there. We will be presenting innovative IT solutions at Polyclose 2022 in Ghent from 31 August to 2 September, which are the key to an efficient business organisation.
Intelligent digitalisation is important to sustainably shorten processes and workflows. The latest version of the Klaes software solutions premium, professional, vario and trade for window manufacturers and dealers meets this demand. It has been further developed in many important areas with the aim of making workflows even more transparent and individual. But technical details have also been specified in order to be able to depict the complex construction elements even more precisely, because only in this way is continuous digitisation possible.
Klaes organises companies
- The intelligent Klaes DMS integration enables easy and fast access to archived documents and e-mails because they are automatically pre-filtered according to customer and project. To ensure that the type of archiving perfectly suits the company, Klaes even offers three different solutions.
- Klaes cloud servers are the perfect answer to requirements in terms of performance, mobility, security and future viability. Meanwhile, even overseas customers trust in the quality of our data centers in Germany and our extensive know-how.
Fully integrated web solutions
- Klaes web is the digital bridge from local software to customers and employees. The Klaes webshop for end customers and Klaes webtrade for dealers provide an easy connection to the point of sale. The recorded projects can of course be imported into the local Klaes solutions for further processing. Klaes web tracking provides both customer groups with information about the processing of their orders at any time, and Klaes web business provides its own employees with important customer and project information - of course also mobile via smartphone.
Augmented reality with Klaes 3D constructions
Klaes 3D for conservatories and facades made of all types of materials is also often used by customers for "non-window construction elements". Free-standing pergola systems, terrace roofings, canopies, dormers, all-glass sliding systems, railings or even fencing systems have already been integrated.
With the Klaes augmented reality solution, conservatories, for example, can be placed next to a house on site. The impressive visualization is displayed on a standard tablet or smartphone. You can look around the conservatory, examine the nodes with all their details - or even look through the windows into the garden.
Efficient door design integrated in the overall workflow
With the Klaes DoorDesigner for entrance and room doors, doors, but also window sashes, can be designed in a highly flexible way in the capture process. This means that solid leaf and frame constructions can be easily captured together with the windows. If required, the production of the solid leaf blanks is also integrated.
Klaes CAM subsequently provides all the data required for rational production on CNC systems. This ideal interaction means that the workflow can be optimally handled in a single solution, even for mixed orders with windows and doors.
