Klaes makes school
First lessons at the master school for glass, window and facade construction
Klaes is not only involved in the project group of industry professionals that has ensured that construction elements can be produced using the latest technology at the master craftsman and technical school for glass, window and facade construction, but also takes on teaching units.
This week, Stefan Müller (Head of Sales / PR) and Chanon Lindner (Application Technology) spent two days in Karlsruhe to take an in-depth look at the task area ‘From measurement to quotation’ for wood-aluminium windows in the renovation of old buildings.
Of course, the focus was not only on the technical elaboration, but also on the requirements for calculation and pricing. Another important aspect of the two days was how customer wishes can be enquired about and implemented in a customised offer - and why this makes sense.
We are very pleased that we can now play an active role in training the next generation, as we have master craftsmen from previous generations in our team - e.g. Marcos Mittag (Sales) and Thomas Burkhardt (Application Technology).
